About the Team

Miros Corporate Marketing team is responsible for Miros story and expressing it through brand communications content events and customer experiences. We are responsible for shaping and sharing Miros core story with the world from critical influencers to our enterprise customers through to our users.

About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Head of Marketing Communications to develop and lead Miros integrated MarCom strategy this senior role youll create the vision for how we communicate and elevate Miros brand narrative through content brand activations social media partnerships and communications. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision creative thinking and operational excellence to build a world-class Marketing Communications function that drives business impact through compelling storytelling and effective channel management.

What youll do

  • Develop and own Miros global Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with our business objectives and marketing goals
  • Lead the evolution of Miros brand narrative as we expand our product portfolio
  • Build and manage high-performing teams across Brand Marketing Content Social Media PR and Influencer Marketing
  • Create comprehensive communications playbooks and standards to ensure consistent brand experiences across channels and regions
  • Drive the content strategy and editorial calendar across owned and earned media
  • Oversee public relations efforts including media relations thought leadership and crisis communications
  • Develop metrics frameworks to measure communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage global marketing communications budgets with a focus on maximizing impact while increasing efficiency

What youll need

  • 10 years of experience in marketing communications with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience leading communications through company transitions (e.g. multi-product evolution repositioning)
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills across diverse international stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with operational excellence
  • Experience building and managing high-performing distributed marketing teams
  • Deep expertise in content strategy brand management social media PR and influencer marketing
  • Data-driven approach to measuring communications effectiveness and ROI
