Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Success Specilaits to drive customer satisfaction support key projects and coordinate consulting initiatives. This role involves working closely with clients partners and internal teams to deliver outstanding digital solutions and services.
Your Impact
Drive integrations and partnerships with software platforms across all market segments.
Coordinate and support consulting partners to deliver advanced services.
Lead customer onboarding product training (on-site and online) and staff re-training.
Manage key projects renewals upselling cross-selling and digital solution implementations.
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Dev teams to improve offerings.
Identify and share best practices document success cases and maintain the Knowledge Base.
Actively monitor KPIs related to client business retention and churn risk.
Represent the company at events trade shows and summits as an expert in digital solutions.
Coordinate the local Customer Success and Consulting team.
About You
Ideally you are passionate about customer success enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and collaborative. Experience in or a strong interest in the fitness or digital solutions industry is highly desirable along with excellent relationship management problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
What you should bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success consulting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital products software integrations and market trends.
Proven experience in onboarding training and managing customer projects.
Excellent relationship management negotiation and solution-selling skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with clients and partners.
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs drive insights and support business decisions.
Excellent English proficiency.
Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and continuous improvement.
