We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic international team supporting a leading premium automotive this role youll play a key part in strengthening relationships with prospective customers ensuring every interaction reflects the quality prestige and attention to detail expected from a luxury automotive brand.

Your Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will support prospective customers after they have expressed interest in the brands vehicles ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout the process.
Lead structured follow-up calls with customers who have already shown interest in a product
Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism courtesy and attention to customer satisfaction
Reinforce brand value while addressing customer concerns or hesitations particularly around pricing or product preferences
Document interactions clearly and accurately providing structured insights to support retailer sales teams
Maintain continuity and trust by managing both follow-up and offer-related conversations with the same prospects
Ensure all interactions reflect the high-quality standards and premium positioning of the brand
Your role will be essential in bridging the gap between customer interest and final purchase decisions.
Who Were Looking For
Dutch (bilingual or proficient) and fluent English
Minimum High School Diploma (background in business communications or automotive studies is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with high-end or executive-level clientele
Professional structured and discreet approach when discussing pricing or commercial offers
Ability to follow a structured scripted call approach and deliver clear written reports after each interaction
Experience in the automotive industry or with luxury/premium brands
Passion for cars technology and premium products

21484 gross/year base salary
