Responsibilities
- Conduct structured follow-up calls with prospective customers interested in premium automotive products.

- Reinforce brand value and provide clear information to assist the customers decision-making process.
- Collect and summarize key insights from customer interactions to support sales and retailer teams.
- Manage end-to-end communication with prospects from follow-up to formal offers.
- Ensure all interactions align with the brands premium quality standards and customer experience expectations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- High school diploma required (a background in business communications or automotive studies is an advantage).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales ideally within the automotive or premium goods sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-end or executive-level clients.
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and high-end products.
- Professional and structured approach to discussing sensitive topics like pricing and offers.
- Comfortable following call guidelines and producing written summaries of customer interactions.
