Job Summary

Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking) Automotive Industry Barcelona

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team.

Location: Barcelona Spain
Work Model: On-site (Remote possible if already based in Barcelona)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday Friday 09:00 18:00 (39h/week)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers
Handle customer inquiries related to automotive services and products
Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with a premium automotive brand
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements
Native / Fluent Dutch
Good level of English
Experience in Customer Service or Sales
Experience with luxury brands is a plus
Availability to attend on-site training in Barcelona

21376 gross/year
Up to 3000 gross/year bonus

Important:
The position can be remote from Spain but the candidate must be based in Barcelona during the training period.
