Key Responsibilities

Be a true role model guide operational crews and drive performance.
Safety First: Champion our safety culture never compromise yourself or others and use our StaySafe questions to keep things secure.
Follow and enforce all processes ensure compliance with drinking water and wastewater standards and minimise waste.
Efficiently coordinate resources manage projects supervise activities and deliver the highest quality for our clients and stakeholders.
Motivate and develop your crews share ideas for safer and better ways of working and contribute to team success.
Effective service delivery and interaction with all impacted customers and stakeholders.

Were looking for someone with:

Current Class 1 licence and a relevant tertiary qualification/certificate (pipeline construction drinking water/wastewater or similar)
Proven background managing teams and subcontractors in construction plus supervisory experience in operational/maintenance of water and wastewater assets.
Safety-first mindset
Hard-working and reliable
Enjoys practical outdoor work
A good sort who respects others and takes pride in their work
