Were looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead multi-regional marketing campaigns that fuel our growth engine. Youll orchestrate high-intent digital campaigns across key channels to drive new user acquisition and build a robust mid-market and enterprise pipeline for our AI Workflow Automation Software product.
As part of our dynamic Acquisition Marketing Team youll collaborate with Performance Lifecycle and Partner Marketing colleagues while remaining functionally supported by the Head of Acquisition Marketing. This role offers direct ownership of performance outcomes that meaningfully impact customer acquisition pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
What youll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution Design launch and scale high-performing full-funnel paid media campaigns (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) across search display video and paid social channels. Allocate budget strategically based on pipeline potential and CAC payback periods.
- Platform Management Manage and optimize paid acquisition across LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search PMax Competitor Brand Retargeting). Conduct keyword research structure ad groups and refine bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Account Based Marketing Build and activate ABM campaigns using ICP lists account profiling scoring signals and intent data. Partner closely with Sales to ensure a smooth lead handoff process and alignment on lead quality and follow-up.
- Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize campaigns through continuous testing of creatives ad copy audiences landing pages. Adapt campaigns for local market relevance and performance. Drive improvements in ROAS CPA CTR CVR.
- Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences. Optimize the end-to-end customer journey and conversion funnel.
- Tracking & Attribution Ensure strong tracking hygiene implementing pixel/tag management UTM parameters and understanding attribution models to accurately measure campaign impact.
- Measurement Leverage Salesforce extensively for lead management campaign tracking and performance reporting (MQLs SQLs pipeline generated customer acquisition cost). Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Innovation Stay updated on AI/automation opportunities and new ad formats/platforms to maintain a competitive edge identify new growth opportunities and to keep Make at the forefront of best-in-class marketing.
What were looking for:
- Experience 5 years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets for product signups and sales-qualified leads.
- Platform Expertise Deep proficiency in major ad platforms especially Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of intent platform/s (6Sense Bombora Demand Base). Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for lead management and performance reporting.
- ABM Experience supporting or executing Account Based Marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Testing Mindset A proactive approach to A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Funnel Knowledge Solid understanding full funnel marketing and sales processes including lead nurturing and scoring
- Analytical Rigor Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Ability to communicate complex data and strategic recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership and to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Budget Management Proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets and demonstrate clear ROI attribution.
- AI Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance campaign velocity testing reporting and operational efficiency (Were an AI company after all!)
