What Youll Do

As a Junior Content & Marketing you will join the Marketing & Communications team and support the creation execution and optimization of content across multiple channels to strengthen Frekuents brand positioning and support business growth.

Your canvas is broad: youll craft compelling visual and written content for a diverse range of industries and decision-maker profiles from tech leaders to operations and revenue teams adapting your voice and creativity to speak to each one. And because Frekuent operates across Europe and Asia your work wont stay local. It will travel.

You will work closely with marketing sales and product teams contributing to both digital and offline initiatives with a strong focus on B2B2C communication technology and events.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Create content across multiple formats and channels including landing pages social media posts email campaigns blog posts case studies brochures presentations and corporate materials
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with Frekuents Tone of Voice brand values and business objectives
  • Produce visual assets including graphics photo editing and short videos
  • Oversee the production and execution of printed and offline materials such as brochures roll-ups and event assets

Who Were Looking For

Must Have

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing or communications team
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of Figma
  • Fluent in either Spanish or English with at least an intermediate level in the other language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks calendars and stakeholders in parallel
  • Comfortable working with data metrics and KPIs to improve content performance
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills youre not afraid to tackle challenges head-on
  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process
  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth
  • Naturally proactive always looking for ways to move projects forward
  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold creative ideas that add value

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools: CupCut
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels
  • Use of AI tools to support content creation optimization and ideation

Hiring Process
