Role Summary

Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
(Core HR Talent ORC & Onboarding Learning)
Handle day-to-day production support and issue resolution
Work extensively with Redwood UI to support users and optimize functionality
Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Ensure data accuracy compliance and audit readiness
Track enhancements issues and releases using Jira
Support ongoing projects testing and release cycles
