Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Partner with HR leadership and management to support organizational effectiveness and business objectives
  • Advise leaders and employees on employee relations issues policies procedures and labor agreements
  • Facilitate organizational development training programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support talent reviews performance management and retention strategies
  • Lead and manage HR-related projects from planning through completion
  • Monitor trends identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve employee relations and organizational performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent HR experience
  • 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience across multiple HR functions including employee relations talent acquisition and training
  • Strong communication and leadership partnership skills
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
