Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Partner with HR leadership and management to support organizational effectiveness and business objectives
- Advise leaders and employees on employee relations issues policies procedures and labor agreements
- Facilitate organizational development training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Support talent reviews performance management and retention strategies
- Lead and manage HR-related projects from planning through completion
- Monitor trends identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve employee relations and organizational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent HR experience
- 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience across multiple HR functions including employee relations talent acquisition and training
- Strong communication and leadership partnership skills
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
