Scope of role:

The Business Process Lead - Supply Chain position plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnords Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment ($2.7B). This position is part of the IPS ERP Effectiveness Center of Excellence Team supporting Supply Chain. The position is responsible for increasing ERP Effectiveness and Adoption (SAP) focused on Supply Chain/SIOP capabilities for IPS manufacturing plants and warehouses. We are working to standardize SAP planning and procurement processes and identify best practices to improve productivity and key KPIs (service and inventory) across IPS. This will be accomplished by working with stakeholders (plant supply chain teams and IT) throughout the organization to identify and action opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business improvements and achieve a best in class Supply Chain.

Lead data driven initiatives in ERP Effectiveness to improve SAP standard MRP set up processes plant training/understanding capabilities. This role must be aligned with functional areas in the business to serve as expert to lead ERP training / information sharing.

• Business Process Lead for SAP ERP Effectiveness MRP Set up material master parameters transactions ERP Adoption training.
• Improve ERP Effectiveness and Adoption Example drive plants to use the system to create purchase orders and production orders follow exception messages etc.
• Document and standardize processes across multiple SAP instances.
• Establish and document best practices and work with plants to expand use of best practices.
• Create project plans and provide weekly updates on project status.
• Identify and assist with tracking KPIs to measure success. Develop and own logic of what and how to measure work with Analytics team to create Dashboards to drive key actions to improve the business.
• Align with IT technical leads to be point of contact for support and provide priority of enhancements.
• Lead and track building of training documentation as well as audits of training documents to maintain relevance.
• Identify leading indicators that may signal process gaps or training issues.

• BS in Supply Chain Management Analytics Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of proven progressive supply chain and SAP experience.
• SAP MRP Knowledge SAP configuration MRP logic back-end table structure etc.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Strong cross functional skills work with both functional supply chain teams at plants SAP IT.
• Strong analytical skills use data to drive decisions and actions.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices S&OP Master Scheduling Inventory Optimization Demand Planning.
• Extensive knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills proven ability to navigate influence and negotiate matrix reporting relationships.
• Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and teams across several time zones globally.
• Familiar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts practices procedures.
• Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans and business results.
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) SharePoint Power BI (user).
• Mindset to drive for continuous improvement.
• Flexible able to work on own initiative deal with more than one project at a time can work under pressure and tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Potential for some travel to headquarters/manufacturing plants if needed for key initiatives.
