Job Summary
PositionTitle: Production Support Engineer
Duration: Contract to Hire FTE after 6 months
no sponsorship
Office Schedule: Must Work Hybrid 3X per week
Office Location: Springfield MA
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of experience in production support application support or technical operations
- Strong SQL skills - ability to write complex queries for troubleshooting and analysis
- Experience supporting or working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business users
- Experience documenting processes incidents and resolutions
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with HighJump / Infor WMS (not required)
- Background in retail distribution logistics or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with APIs Postman RabbitMQ or integration tools
- Knowledge of ITIL incident or problem management practices
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (preferred)
