Key Responsibilities
-
Design and develop machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.

Collect clean and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
-
Build predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
-
Develop deep learning models for NLP computer vision or recommendation systems.
-
Deploy ML models into production environments using APIs or microservices.
-
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.
-
Work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines.
-
Implement MLOps practices for model versioning and lifecycle management.
-
Optimize algorithms for performance scalability and accuracy.
-
Document model architecture experiments and deployment procedures.
Required Skills
-
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn).

Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras).

Knowledge of statistical modeling and probability.
-
Experience with SQL and database systems.

Understanding of model evaluation techniques (precision recall ROC F1).

Experience building REST APIs for model serving.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib Seaborn Power BI).
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) libraries (spaCy NLTK Transformers).

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow Kubeflow).

Experience with big data tools (Spark Hadoop).

Understanding of data governance and AI ethics.
