Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls professionally
- Understand customer issues and provide first-level troubleshooting
- Resolve basic hardware software and connectivity issues
- Log and update call details in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Clear and confident phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of computers OS and troubleshooting
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts/on-call environment
Eligibility:
