Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced L3 SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join the global operations team. This role focuses on advanced administration troubleshooting and support of SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business and Power Platform services within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SharePoint Online infrastructure resolving complex incidents and supporting enterprise M365 environments.
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint Administration & Support

Provide L3-level support for SharePoint Online incidents and service requests.

Manage SharePoint Admin Center operations including site collection provisioning and configuration.

Troubleshoot permissions compliance settings and performance issues at tenant site and item levels.

Monitor SharePoint environments and resolve outages or service degradation issues.
OneDrive for Business Administration

Administer and support OneDrive for Business environments.

Troubleshoot sync issues large file uploads connectivity errors and performance issues.
-
Manage retention policies backup and recovery processes.
Power Platform Support
Microsoft 365 Administration
Operations & Governance

Act as an escalation point for L1/L2 support teams.

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident problem and change management.

Contribute to operational improvements documentation and knowledge base updates.
Required Skills

Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration.

Expertise in SharePoint Admin Center operations and site collection management.

Hands-on experience with OneDrive for Business administration and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) integrated with SharePoint.

Knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Strong troubleshooting skills for performance sync and connectivity issues.

Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
