JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer 4 - Assembly and Installation
LOCATION: Everett WA
PAY RATE: $80.70/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 1st (start time varies 5 9 AM)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Serve on a Tiger Team for critical Flight Test Projects
Develop installation plans for configuration changes (test-specific and production)
Coordinate across ME teams for PRR IP creation/revision
Review IPs for quality including functional tests and BOM items
Identify and plan removals
Identify opportunities to reduce scope (e.g. smaller targeted functional tests)
Review tooling requirements for compatibility with flightline operations

Requirements:

Advanced technical education in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

ABET accreditation preferred but not required
Systems Electrical and Propulsion experience preferred
Experience with CMES PDM CAPP ENOVIA CATIA IVT and related tools
Knowledge of change incorporation instructions (e.g. PRR LCCX mods/service bulletins) removals and 777 airplane configuration
