What you will be doing
As a Talent Specialist at GraphAware you will own and run the full recruitment lifecycle for our roles from initial briefing and sourcing through to offer coordination and onboarding handover.
This is a hands-on junior recruiter role with real responsibility and visibility. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers ensuring a structured professional and human recruitment experience on both sides.
Beyond recruitment this role offers clear opportunities to grow into broader people functions. You will work closely with other team members across onboarding employer branding and selected people initiatives as the company scales.
Your responsibilities
- Recruitment ownership
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles from role briefing and sourcing through interviews offer coordination and handover to onboarding. Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers ensuring a structured and well-managed hiring process.
- Sourcing and pipeline building
- Proactively source candidates across relevant channels build and maintain talent pipelines and engage suitable profiles with personalised and thoughtful outreach to support timely hiring.
- Onboarding and collaboration
- Support the onboarding of new joiners in close cooperation with the People team and hiring managers ensuring a smooth transition from signed offer to day one.
- Employer branding and People support
- Contribute to employer branding activities recruitment content and careers-related communications. Gradually expand involvement into other People and HR initiatives with opportunities to grow beyond recruitment over time.
Required technical knowledge and experience
Experience
- 13 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition HR coordination or a related people-focused role.
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes even at a junior or supporting level.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Comfortably working in a fast-paced distributed remote-first environment.
Must haves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with structure and consistency.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Confidence communicating with candidates hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
Nice to haves
- Experience recruiting for technical or software product roles.
- Basic understanding of HR or People Operations processes.
