Do you have a passion for Payroll and processes that can seamlessly support both global and local operations

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent service to all the customers of the Business Support Organization.

  • Run and validate payroll in an outsource model.

  • Continuously look for improvements and come up with new ideas based on new insights.

  • Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and accurate execution of Payroll within own scope.

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with external providers and vendors for the purpose of obtaining high quality payroll processing.

  • Cooperate with colleagues in the team to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.

  • Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum efficiency and precision of the payroll process.

  • To form new collaborative relationships with collaborator and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes.

  • Use and implement the best practice from within own defined country scope across further EMEA areas under the teams responsibilities.

  • Support manager in coordination and help towards colleagues among the staff.

  • Performs reconciliations and controls in regular payroll process.

  • Lead process initiatives and global/local payroll projects and further cascade and implement in the team.

  • Further Payroll Team related task according to instructions from Manager.

The Payroll Sr. Specialist plays a meaningful role in establishing a balanced Payroll department in the BSO. We need employees all eager to engage actively in building a high-
performing department valuing collaboration quality and fun in everyday life.

Do you have what it takes

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional working experience with Payroll processes (either as Payroll administrator or Payroll processor).

  • Understanding of legislation and tax rules in the area of Payroll.

  • Experience with Payroll Systems e.g. ADP.

  • Experience of UK payroll an advantage.

  • SAP experience.

  • Microsoft Office experience.

  • Excel advanced.

  • Experience from Shared Service or a Payroll Provider.

  • Teammate with proactive approach.

  • Experience with compliance controls and set-up (in Payroll stream).

  • Project management skills and independent approach.

  • Estimated travel activity up to 15 days per year.

  • English advanced.
