Our Training & Development Manager will design and deliver our induction training along with supporting on-going training requirements. This role is for someone who is adept at both training and coaching. The role requires the delivery of training material as well as the coaching and support of existing staff in a sales environment.

Please note that this is a Sales & Operations Training role.

Location:Ireland (blend of office and home working but candidate must be able to commute to Dublin office regularly)

Salary: 39000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Requirements for our Learning & Development Manager

  • Experience of delivering training programmes is desirable
  • Award in Education & Training qualification (formerly PTTLS) qualified or equivalent is advantageous
  • Previous contact centre team management is advantageous
  • Experience of working in call centres is desirable.
  • Willingness for travel/ overnight stays if needed
  • Innovative energetic enthusiastic and positively embrace better ways of working

Responsibilities of our Learning & Development Manager

  • Own the overall delivery of all induction training to new starters for sales
  • To provide feedback and evaluation of the training programmes and participants to Team Managers at handover stage
  • Be involved in the results and review of the Agents tenure at the business and look at ways to improve this experience to gain great results
