Job Summary
We have urgent requirement for RDM (Recruitment and Development Manager) for Kotak Life (Insurance Industry).
Job functions:
Recruiting prospective life advisors
Train and motivate them
Driving sales through life advisorsfor the company
Goal setting reviewing and assist them
Criteria :
Ability to handle a team of advisors
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in field sales for Bachelors and 1 year for MBAs
Aged 25-40 years
Should not be a job hopper
Should be willing to do sales work
