The Promethean Business Developmentand ChannelExecutive role is an end usercustomer facingrolecreating demand and opportunity for salesof Promethean panels and other solutions building relationships in a definedterritoryand supporting wider demand creation activities. This role works pro-actively with Prometheansreseller partners. The role will involve the presentation of the Promethean value proposition to schools school groups and regional education administrations as wellas toprospects in other vertical markets within both the public and private sectors asappropriate.
Responsibilities:
Research of each given territory toidentifyend users that are showing intent to buying IFPD to create opportunity throughevangelisingthe Promethean proposition
Help the sales team to be in touch with local and National authorities related to theMoEdepartment
Business development activities to gain presentation appointments both onsite and virtual
Working with partners to support them with demonstration productorientationand meeting requests
Liaising with marketing and support resources to effect successful delivery of equipment
Delivering compelling customer and partner presentations of a high standard
Whereappropriate delivery of orientation sessions on products after customer purchase for larger opportunities to ensure seamless implementation and to ensure customer use of equipment ismaximisedto ensure further sales
To ensure awareness of Prometheans products and Services through meetings work at trade shows and general demonstrations
To developmaintainand grow keycontacts within educational school directors regional and stateMoEofficials trade bodies other market influencers
To ensure Revenue goals are met and exceeded if possible whilemaintaininghigh levelsof Contribution Margin and Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills customer empathy
Excellent Presentation skills
AV/Education market knowledge would beadvantageous
Strong sales skills
Self-starting independent attitude
Organisationalskills
Ability to quickly learn the Promethean products and solutions
Strong knowledge of Promethean proposition products & services
Basic technical knowledge of hardware and software
