Job Title: Business Development Manager EV Charging


Job Location: Munich or Nuremberg. Other Huawei office locations may be considered upon discussion.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Breaking-through with identified named-accounts (both direct sales and sales via channel)

  • Strategical outlining of Customer Development Plan

  • Strengthening client retention while expanding market share among existing customers

  • Coordination with internal supporting platforms such as fulfillment supply chain product management etc. To ensure the clients receive the necessary products documents and support

  • Reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in EV related subjects

  • 5 years working experience in EV industry; experience as Account Sales Industry is preferred

  • Fast technical learning skills

  • Well-versed in dealing with internal communication to get the required results

  • Highly motivated and team work oriented

  • Strong external communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills including good listening probing and qualification abilities

  • Demonstrated experience to lead executive engagements with clients

  • Fluency in German and English is a must

  • Willingness to travel mainly within Germany
