As part of our new shop opening in Milano we are looking for our future Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and contribute to the development and execution of the stores commercial human and financial strategy in line with the companys objectives.

Job description:

Business Development

Support the Store Manager in analyzing store performance and implementing action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Assist in maximizing store results in collaboration with the Area Manager.

Team Management

Support the Store Manager in setting objectives and developing the team as it grows.
Foster a motivating and collaborative environment supporting positive staff relations.
Conduct briefings and support alignment on goals and strategies.
Participate in onboarding and ensure staff are professional knowledgeable and brand-ready.

Customer service

Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.
Act as a brand ambassador alongside the Store Manager and help build strong client relationships.
Support initiatives to develop customer portofolio and customer database (CRM).
