Job profile
Collection Executive to manage field collections and recovery for LAP and unsecured business loans.
Responsible for customer follow-ups and maintaining collection discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle field collections for LAP and Unsecured Business Loan accounts
* Follow up with customers for timely repayment and overdue recovery
* Maintain collection records and update daily collection status
* Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices
* Coordinate with branch team for resolution of collection issues

Eligibility & Other Criteria
* Hands-on experience in Collections / Recovery
* Two-wheeler with valid driving license – mandatory
