Job Summary

Job Description:

Coordination with overseas agents
Coordination with customers
To quote rates to the customers and feedback
To arrange Customs Manifestation process before arrival.
Arrange shipments as per customers requirements at various destinations
Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments
Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis
Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates
To check the overseas invoices
To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before
Arranging planning for road movements (Multi city container boxes)
Sending flyers for new services
Updating global rate sheets for corporate accounts
Follow up for payments for outstanding
