Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
- Meet clients in their homes for scheduled design consultations
- Listen design and recommend custom blinds shades and drapery solutions
- Measure and close in a consultative high-touch experience
- Manage your pipeline while being supported by operations & installation teams
- Deliver a seamless experience from first appointment through installation
Schedule & Lifestyle
- Field-based role (not desk-bound)
- Appointments are geographically planned to minimize unnecessary drive time
- Freedom to manage your day with structure and support behind you

Compensation & Training
- $1500/week commission during 12-week training
- Transition to uncapped commission with strong income consistency in the LA market
- Paid in-person training at our Denver HQ (Feb)
- Gain Share Program participation
- Monthly bonus opportunities tied to customer reviews

- Backgrounds that translate well include:

Must live within 30 minutes of the LA metro area
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
