Job Summary
LOS PM
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5 years of hands-on project management experience in financial services or consumer lending
- 3 years leading LOS replacement or large-scale enterprise system modernization initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of the consumer credit lifecycle
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors
- Experience in auto finance banking or fin-tech environments
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the LOS modernization across discovery and implementation phases
- Develop and manage integrated project plans milestones budgets and dependencies
- Drive discovery and execution across parallel workstreams (credit underwriting integrations data UI/UX compliance infrastructure)
- Manage day-to-day delivery performance of system integrators and delivery partners
- Identify track and mitigate LOS-specific risks (regulatory data migration cutover legacy dependencies)
- Prepare and deliver working-level status updates decision materials and governance artifacts
- Support funding reviews gate approvals and enterprise governance processes
Salary Range- $120000-$140000 a year
