Key Responsibilities
- Oversee specifications quality control and vendor management.
- Supports reporting for literature distribution ensures content governance and compliance.
- Coordinate updates and version control in systems like Seismic or T.M. Storefront.
- Workflow coordination between creative compliance and production teams.
- Maintain metadata and taxonomy for literature assets.
- Documents and reviews workflows to identify potential opportunities for process streamlining.
Must-have Skills
- T.M. Storefront / Toppan Merril
- Understanding paper types color profiles and finishing options.
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes and ability to apply them to work assignments.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation
