Job Summary
As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible of supervise and execute production programs managing resources efficiently complying with established requirements ensuring that personnel meet safety quality delivery and productivity standards.
- Encouraging the discipline of respecting established procedures and instructions.
- Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to avoiding or reducing staff turnover/absenteeism.
- Develop cross-functional staff.
- Create and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Ensure that your work team complies with the companys policies and procedures as well as internal work regulations.
- Promote safe work practices and achieve objectives for ergonomics health safety (6Ss).
- Make sure you meet key metrics: (Safety Production Scrap Order Closing VBS Audits Adherence Cycle Counts 6s).
- Ensure product quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree: Industrial Engineer Mechanical Engineer Electrical Engineer Mechatronic Engineer or all Engineering related. (Desirable)
- English level: Intermediate (Desirable).
- Proactive and organized.
- Effective time management skills.
- Available to change shifts.
- Personnel management.
- Ability to function independently within established guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs.
- Problem/issue resolution capability.
- Decision-making critical thinking
