Job Summary
Howard Memorial Hospital is looking for a Human Resources Director. This a salaried position full-time with benefits. This role will promote and foster positive collaborative relationships and support teamwork and shared success throughout the facility.
Responsibilities

- Ensures ongoing recruitment and hiring
- Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures
- Oversees performance evaluation process
- Oversees staff development and training
- Administers compensation program
- Coordinates a competitive benefit package
- Develops and mentors management staff to ensure compliance with EEOC ADA FMLA and other federal regulations
- BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or related field OR minimum of 5 years Human Resources management experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous managerial experience in healthcare setting preferred
