Skills:
- 2 years of experience working in technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computers security networks printers and systems administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills on the spot problem solving
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager of IT the IT Support Specialist is responsible for responding to tickets related to hardware and software managing accounts and device records and coordinating equipment distribution.
- The IT Support Specialist will work collaboratively across departments to meet all IT needs.
- As part of this role you should expect these responsibilities to be a part of your day-to-day:
- Triage and respond to tickets.
- Remotely support and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Communicate via ticketing system virtual meetings phone email and chat.
- Printer Maintenance and repair
- Configuration of New Computers and Hardware
- Manage user accounts licenses and devices.
- Coordinate the distribution of company equipment.
- Create and maintain documentation on our knowledge bases.
- Train users on secure use of technology
- Stay up to date with best practices in the IT industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
