We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to bridge the gap between sales production and field implementation. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from initial estimation through final delivery ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90000 $120000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Plan and execute projects for R&D and product implementation; manage budgets conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Sales Integration: Support outside sales by tracking orders resolving customer issues and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaison with procurement production and shipping to ensure materials are fabricated and delivered per contractor specifications.
- Estimation & Procurement: Perform take-offs provide product pricing and manage inventory levels necessary to fulfill active project requirements.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to team members based on expertise and manage communication between stakeholders vendors and customers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience; background in Industrial Distribution or the Water/Wastewater industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to conduct cost analysis and project budgeting.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership interpersonal and time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
- Certifications: PMP PgMP or CAPM certifications are a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or Industrial Distribution preferred.

- Prolonged periods of desk-based work.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
