Job Summary
About the Role
Responsible for proactive outbound demand generation based on VTEXs target account list. Combines automation AI and market intelligence to identify decision-makers initiate relevant conversations and generate opportunities for the Sales team.
What you will do
- Execute outbound demand generation strategies based on VTEXs target account list.
- Identify decision-makers using data automation and AI tools.
- Personalize outreach at scale to initiate relevant high-quality conversations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and route them to Sales.
- Continuously optimize outbound strategies based on performance insights.
- Apply AI to improve targeting accuracy and outreach effectiveness.
Who you are
- Experienced in outbound sales development or lead development roles.
- Comfortable working with target account strategies and structured outreach.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented.
- Skilled at personalization and value-based communication.
- Curious about automation AI and market intelligence tools.
