IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the Trade Analyst at Envalior you will keep the plants running by ensuring that materials are there on time and ready to go to the next location. Additionally youll embrace a pioneering spirit exploring new methods and materials to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

Create STOs and Purchase Requisitions in system.

Generate requests for materials and services.

Manage ONESOURCE GLOBAL TRADE processes.

Validate shipment documents and commercial values.

Authenticate charges from all sources.

Control broker payments.

Maintain complete documentation to support audits controls and compliance checks.

Ensure import and export processes follow regulations.

Verify NCM classification taxes duties and import valuation according to Brazilian rules.

Monitor customs processes and resolve compliance alerts in OSGT.

Support adherence to export controls sanctions retention rules and special customs regimes.



Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A degree in Business Administration Foreign Trade/International Trade Logistics Management or related field.
  • Additional training in customs trade compliance or supply chain processes considered a plus.
  • Leadership experience is considered a plus.
  • Experience with Brazilian customs and tax regulations is preferred.
