Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide routine Mobility supports for both outbound employees visa application and inbound employees/business travelers work permit/residence permit application to ensure both business needs and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage the immigration vendors to ensure high-quality services are provided and identify/escalate any services gap to manager.
- Closely work with KLA Global Mobility team/HR contacts in various regions and immigration agent to address complex visa application issues.
- Create best practices for successful visa application through data analysis and provide suggestions to the applicants.
- Monitor the visa policy/process changes in China region escalate to manager with suggestions if any impact on the business.
- Develop and deliver the visa knowledge sharing to improve business managers and employees awareness on compliance.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications/Education Desired
- Experience in Mobility support area in minimum 3 years massive outbound visa application support experience is a plus.
- Good vendor management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skill in bilingual with different level of employees in routine support
- Service minded self-motivated diligent and have principle while under some conflict or complex situation.
- Data analytics skill is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
