岗位概述:
1.负责公司的日常行政后勤事务管理(办公用品车辆保洁绿化资产食堂宿舍6S等)
2.协助组织筹办公司的重大活动生日会团建年会等
主要职责:
收集各部门的办公用品需求并采购做好领取登记控制采购成本
负责行政费用办公用品/餐费/差旅/保洁/班车/租房/快递/打印等的对账和结算
负责食堂食品安全环境卫生检查处理餐饮方面的意见和反馈及时回复和改善
管理和维护公司的办公资产及相关设施建立费用化物资台帐定期盘点
负责办公区域和生活区域的6S管理制定标准并检查通报维护良好的工作环境
负责员工宿舍的租赁入住退房及安全检查等
对接行政供应商/合作伙伴做好行政外包业务餐厅/保洁/班车等日常的沟通和协调
协助部门负责人做好公司重大活动生日会团建年会等的组织和筹办
接待外来人员的参观访问
做好行政相关的数据的统计和分析
完成部门负责人安排的其他工作
Qualifications :
技能知识
熟悉行政管理工作的内容和业务流程熟练使用Office等办公软件
有服务意识具备较强的组织协调能力善于沟通和表达
工作认真细致逻辑清晰有较好的执行力能够独立解决大部分的工作问题
有SAP或ERP操作经验更佳
工作经历:
3年以上生产制造型企业行政后勤及相关工作经验
教育背景:
统招本科及以上学历
语言能力:
熟练的英语读写能力普通话标准
