Digital Guest Experience Agent (Season 2026)
At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest journey unfolds before arrival and endures long after departure. As our Digital Guest Experience Agent you will play a pivotal role in shaping this experience through meaningful personalized digital interactions.
You will be the primary point of contact for our guests through the pre-arrival in-stay and post-departure phases ensuring each interaction reflects our brand promise of exceptional service authenticity and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who blends hospitality passion with digital fluency and a deep appreciation for bespoke guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main digital liaison for guests managing communication across email messaging platforms Marriott systems and other digital channels
- Enhance the overall guest experience by delivering timely polished and personalized responses throughout the guest journey
- Coordinate and manage guest requests including reservations concierge services dining arrangements transportation celebrations and special occasions
- Leverage guest preferences and data to anticipate needs and curate tailored recommendations that elevate the stay experience
- Gather and analyze guest feedback through digital surveys and interactions contributing insights to continuously improve service standards
- Collaborate with internal departments external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of guest arrangements in line with brand standards
Requirements- Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality guest services or other customer-focused roles. Prior experience with Marriott brands is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS is considered a plus
- Excellent command of spoken and written English additional languages are a highly valued
- Exceptional written communication skills with a refined guest-centric approach
- Highly detail-oriented proactive and capable of anticipating guest needs
- Flexible adaptable and solutions-driven with a genuine can-do attitude
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism ethics and conduct
