Workster is partnering with a global leader in digital sales and marketing solutions to recruit a German-speaking Digital Account Manager. Based in the sun-drenched and historic city of Athens you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients within the digital advertising ecosystem. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping businesses optimize their online presence and achieve measurable growth through world-class advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term trusted relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with both business and client objectives.
- Act as a primary consultant researching client goals and market trends to provide expert digital recommendations.
- Identify optimization cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client ROI.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism ensuring timely resolutions to daily challenges.
- Use data-driven insights to deliver proactive support and drive campaign success.
- Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline client reports and performance forecasts.
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through strategic account management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing and online advertising.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level proficiency in German and a strong command of English (B2C1).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management inside sales or B2B telesales.
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Dynamics 365).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a goal-driven environment.
