Job Summary
Job Title: Sr. Software Developer
Location: Onsite - Gulberg Green (Islamabad) or Karachi Tariq Road
Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
Job Function: Lead design development and delivery of complex software systems and integrations
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the design and development of large or complex application features
- Make architectural decisions to support scalability maintainability and performance
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; conduct code reviews and provide guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems
- Enhance coding standards tooling and overall team processes
- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational reliability
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support consistent engineering practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python/Django Java C# JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in GitHub and modern software development lifecycle practices
- Solid understanding of web application development testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and large-scale enterprise application ecosystems
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes)
- Proven experience leading projects in Agile environments
- Familiarity with data security standards compliance and performance optimization
