What youll do:

Support the implementation of our employee experience strategy based on an understanding of the current culture of the company
Design and drive a structured internal communications strategy aligned to our Human Capital (HC) priorities and employee experience goals
Build annual and quarterly calendars for firmwide initiatives and communication plans across themes such as collaboration DEIB and wellbeing
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to design and execute these initiatives seamlessly
Own and optimize firmwide communication channels; partner with various teams and leadership to enhance and streamline their communication processes across these channels with consistent voice branding and storytelling
Develop end-to-end campaigns to strengthen employee experience by driving awareness understanding and participation in our initiatives
Track viewership engagement action and feedback metrics and refine communications accordingly
Analyze data and create various reports that can be used to make effective decisions to improve the employee experience at our firm

What youll need:

• Graduate degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and develop relationships within and outside the team
• Ability to think creatively and ideate solutions
• Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the team
