Job Summary
Position: Senior Manager PPC
Department: Production / Operations
Experience: 610 Years (Garments / Textile Industry Preferred)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager PPC to lead production planning manage manufacturing schedules and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining efficiency quality and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans based on order priorities
- Coordinate with Merchandising Production QA and Stores for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely material availability and capacity planning
- Monitor daily production efficiency and line loading
- Track WIP identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) with strong follow-up
- Control wastage and improve production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Prepare production performance reports for management review
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelors degree (Textile / Industrial / Business preferred)
- Strong PPC experience in garments or textile manufacturing
- Excellent planning coordination and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel
