Job Summary

We have an opening for a Finance Manager to join a leading advertising and media agency in KSA. The role requires candidates who are already based in KSA with proven experience as a Finance Manager in the advertising and media industry.

Oversee daily financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Lead the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions and performance monitoring.
Ensure accurate and timely client billing revenue recognition and contract financial review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with tax audit and regulatory requirements in KSA.
Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance overall team capability and performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role within the advertising media or creative services industry.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations tax laws and reporting standards.
Proven track record in financial planning forecasting and variance analysis.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work without sponsorship.
