Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
1) Revenue & sales management
Set plans and execute revenue targets and KPIs by month/quarter/year.
Monitor daily sales performance analyze results and propose actions to drive growth.
Execute promotions and in-store marketing activities.
2) Operations & process governance
Build processes and policies; ensure stores operate in compliance with company procedures and brand standards (stocktake merchandising/display hygiene inventory control etc.).
Manage and resolve operational issues: technical matters customer service product issues inventory etc.
Ensure brand image standards and customer experience requirements are consistently met.
3) People management
Recruit train and develop operational teams and store staff (knowledge and skills).
Build a positive working environment maintain discipline and motivate performance.
Monitor and evaluate performance; provide feedback and timely improvement plans.
4) Customer service
5) Reporting & cross-functional coordination
Deliver periodic reports on revenue volume profit headcount and business performance.
Coordinate with relevant departments: Accounting Marketing Logistics/Warehouse HR etc.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Business Management Marketing or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience building and managing premium retail store chains.
Strong leadership communication persuasion and situational problem-solving skills.
Strong planning time management and problem-solving capability.
Preference for candidates with experience/knowledge in premium jewelry or related premium lifestyle industries (fashion cosmetics etc.).
Customer-service mindset and strong results orientation.
Professional demeanor.
Presentable appearance.
Sincere; able to listen share and collaborate.
Agile and adaptable in business and people management.
Proactive accountable and passionate about work.
Creative pioneering mindset; critical thinking and continuous improvement.
