What Youll Do:
- Lead and coach shop employees to meet goals
- Manage workflow inventory and P&L
- Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve issues
- Hire train and mentor team members
- Sell repairs and services using proven techniques
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years automotive shop management experience
- 1 year in sales or proven ability to sell
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
