Overview:
The Disability Product Manager is instrumental in defining implementing maintaining and improving our Disability solutions (e.g. Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Paid Leave Rider) coordinating go-to-market activities and plays a key role in maintaining competitiveness and compliance of the Disability offerings.
The Disability Product Manager will support the various aspects of the Disability product offering including but not limited to: new product development the overall management of the existing portfolio partnering with distribution and marketing to improve the go-to-market strategy evaluating and finding ways to improve the customer experience and ensuring the solutions are aligned to the product and company goals. The Disability Product Manager is passionate about supporting our customers identifying creative solutions and understands how to bring these solutions to life in the key moments that matter with the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the value chain.

Salary Range:
$79310.00 - $130295.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
