About the Role: The Product Manager plays a key role in helping FindLaws Product Management Group innovate and manage the next generation of FindLaw products services and solutions that help customers achieve their marketing this role the Product Manager will deliver on multiple efforts to build & bring to market new products through FindLaws innovation position is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance/optimization of FindLaws legal network sites including . This role is more focused on the build and development side of Product Management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new FindLaw products and features ensuring alignment across Product Performance UX/UI Design Technology and other cross-functional partners.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and work with the Technology organization to ensure products are built to those requirements.
- Manage the Product backlog(s) continuously balancing business priorities removing roadblocks and assisting with User Acceptance Testing
- Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment with technology and other partner organizations.
- Closely monitor assigned projects report status on a regular basis to management act quickly to address project issues.
- Create and present project updates to key internal stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the customer and business benefits of new products and features to management.
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management or related experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in and understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization.
- Familiar with Development and UX tools such as Figma ADO JIRA and others.
- Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams (including technology marketing account management sales operations and finance) and successfully bring products to market
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple and complex projects simultaneously in a quickly changing environment
- Strong project management skills and analytical abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
