The ideal candidate will possess an RN license in the state of work have graduated from an approved school of practical nursing and demonstrate clinical competence and experience in patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
Support patients in Matamoras PA and surrounding areas.
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
Self-manage time and schedule.
Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software.

Schedule and Shift Details:

Monday Friday: 8 am 5 pm One weekend every 4-6 weeks 2 holidays per year.

Travel: Local travel.
