NON-MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Clinical Therapist Housing and Community Support
Exempt/Non-exempt: EXEMPT
Immediate Supervisor: Director of Housing
Salary: $60000 - $65000

Essential Functions:
1. Provide individual group and family counseling services to young adults and families (ages 18-25) incommunity-based settings including in-home services for 360 transitional housing clients.
2. Effectively provide clinical case management services as needed.
3. Maintain client records in an electronic health record system per agency standards and comply with agencypolicies on confidential mental health records.
4. Provide community information and linkage to referral services including mental health treatment substanceabuse support educational programs and employment training.
5. Assist with crisis coverage as part of the 24-hour crisis response system for CCBYS providing intervention andadvocacy services to at-risk youth for family preservation reunification and stabilization.
6. Work evening hours for sessions and provide weekend and holiday on-call coverage for the runaway and lockouthotline.
7. Must have access to a vehicle a valid drivers license a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Experience working with young adults and a variety of treatment modalities.
Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment is preferred.
Ability to apply strength-based treatment and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Friendly and flexible with an ability to engage youth effectively.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
Professional adaptable and able to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
Education and Experience:
A Masters Degree from an accredited program in counseling psychology social work or marriage and family therapy isrequired. Candidates must hold or have the pre-requisites to obtain a State License (LPC LSW LCPC LMFT or LCSW).Experience collaborating with school staff probation officers law enforcement and family members of clients isessential. Additionally candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to 360s mission and vision fosteringteamwork with both internal staff and external community partners. A dedication to personal growth adaptability andcontinuous learning is highly valued.

Physical Demands and Other Requirements:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the essential duties listed in the job descriptionsatisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee isfrequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feelobjects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Capable of operating standard office equipment including a computerand keyboard calculator typical business machines such as a fax machine and copier. The employee must occasionallylift and/or move up to 20-30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision andthe ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to have valid drivers license auto insurance and must be able tosafely operate a motor vehicle. The work environment characteristics include a noise level which is usually low tomoderate.

Communication/ Interpersonal Skills: Consistently conveys clear accurate timely and respectfulcommunication appropriate for the situation. Informs appropriate management staff when incident occurs or acrisis situation. Maintains professional boundaries with clients/residents staff interns volunteers and to successfully share skills and concepts with others and works effectively with others under time andenvironmental pressures.
Safety and Agency Resource Utilization: Demonstrates sound judgement and foresight in safety awareness andin daily work. Notifies in a timely manner the supervisory chain of any incidents or circumstances that needattention. Report all suspicions or allegations of abuse immediately to their supervisor. Ensures appropriateutilization of materials and resources and minimizes waste.
