In this role you will be:
- Supporting adolescents and families facing highly complex and vulnerable circumstances
- Delivering intensive case assessment support and intervention
- Using mediation and creative approaches to strengthen family relationships
- Building trust hope and practical pathways forward
- Working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes-focused support

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience
- Proven experience working with vulnerable young people
- Experience working with young people and families.
