Job Summary

Your new role
As the Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support worker you will provide practical assistance and support to adolescents and their this role you will provide a creative services response to young people and their families which includes the use of mediation intervention supporting and strengthening the family relationship.
The program aims to provide a response to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families delivering a high quality and sometimes intensive level of case assessment support and intervention for individuals families and children.

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience in
- Current Drivers Licence valid in Victoria
- Proven experience working with vulnerable young people
- Experience working with young people and families
- Sound knowledge and/or understanding of youth and families experiencing difficulties increasing risk of homelessness
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including experience in the preparation of case noting reporting and client records.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to contribute to the planning and development of the service.
