Youll be right at the heart of meaningful change walking alongside adolescents and their families as they rebuild connections strengthen relationships and find practical solutions together.

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting adolescents and families facing highly complex and vulnerable circumstances
  • Delivering intensive case assessment support and intervention
  • Using mediation and creative approaches to strengthen family relationships
  • Building trust hope and practical pathways forward
  • Working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes-focused support

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable young people
  • Experience working with young people and families.
