This Funds Lawyer role sits within a highly regarded funds practice working closely with London and US teams advising leading asset managers and investors.

This is not a traditional advisory track. Instead it offers exposure to AI-driven legal solutions workflow design and client-facing strategic delivery within a progressive entrepreneurial environment.

Location flexibility is significant. Candidates may be based within 100 miles of London (3 days office attendance required) fully remote within London (salary adjusted accordingly) or based in regional UK locations.

Practice Focus

Complex funds structures and technical funds work
Direct engagement with top-tier asset managers and institutional investors
Collaboration with London and US funds teams
AI-led legal solutions workflow development and innovation
Training and mentoring junior lawyers

Candidate Profile

This Funds Lawyer position is suited to a mid-level to senior lawyer with strong technical funds experience ideally gained within a large law firm environment.

We are particularly keen to speak with returners from Dublin or London funds markets who may be relocating to Northern Ireland or regional UK locations.

Candidates should be confident commercially minded and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting with strong client relationship skills and a long-term career focus.
